Curtain Call Color Challenge - Act 13

Another challenge!  I'm on a roll!

This color challenge comes from Stacy and I love these bright colors:

For my take on the card I visited my stash of scraps that I've trimmed down to 4 inch squares - for me it's an easy way to use up patterned paper scraps with lots of options of how to design around it:

Supplies:
Patterned paper:  KI Memories
Cardstock:  Stampin' Up
Markers:  Stampin' Up
Punch:  Martha Stewart
Ribbon:  That stuff is OLD so I have no idea!
